Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GASOL Uganda services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

GASOL Uganda provides liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) solutions including:

Gas system installation and setup
Piped gas supply and distribution
Gas token sales and management
System maintenance and support
Emergency response services

User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Use gas systems safely and according to instructions
Allow access for installation, maintenance, and inspections
Pay for services and gas consumption as agreed
Report safety issues or system problems promptly
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Installation and Service Terms

Installation

Installation timeline estimates are provided but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
Customer must provide suitable access and working conditions
Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations
All installations comply with Ugandan safety regulations

Gas Supply

Gas is supplied on a prepaid token basis
Minimum purchase amounts apply
Supply may be interrupted for maintenance or safety reasons
We reserve the right to disconnect service for non-payment or safety violations

Payment Terms

Installation costs are due according to agreed payment schedule
Gas tokens must be purchased in advance
All prices include applicable taxes
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Safety and Compliance

You must:

Use gas systems only for intended purposes
Not modify or tamper with gas equipment
Report gas leaks or safety concerns immediately
Allow access for safety inspections
Follow all safety instructions provided

Limitation of Liability

GASOL Uganda's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on installation work and equipment, covering manufacturing defects and installation issues under normal use conditions.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for outstanding payments and must allow equipment removal.
